In essence, the process is:
The Six Action Shoes process is based on six fundamental steps:
1.Clarify – Identify the problem and the desired outcome.
2.Think – Generate as many ideas as possible to solve the problem.
3.Focus – Evaluate the ideas generated and select the ones that best fit the
criteria.
4.Act – Take action to implement the chosen solution.
5.Evaluate – Assess the impact of the implementation and make any necessary
adjustments.
6.Consolidate – Reflect on the experience and integrate any learnings
into future problem-solving efforts.
These six steps form the basic structure of the Six Action Shoes process.
The key principles of this process are to identify and define the problem,
explore different possibilities, evaluate potential solutions, take action,
assess results, and learn from experience. The process can be applied to a
wide range of problems, from personal issues to complex organizational
challenges. Using the Six Action Shoes process can help you break down
seemingly intractable problems into manageable chunks. This allows you to
focus on one element at a time, making it easier to identify potential
solutions.
